What happened to Star 4.0 (Uhura)?

There was a version 4.0 released sometime in 2023(?) but checking now, the latest available for download is 3.1 (Spock) from 2021.

I'm talking about this distro.

Why was Star 4.0 removed? Was there some issue with that release? It's still in use on one of my PCs and seems to be fine (at least after a couple of tweaks).

Ozi Traveller last posted on this forum on 2022-07-10 18:30:38 and on the DNG mailing list on 2020-09-16. Seems he has vanished. I haven't a clue . . .
