I just found out about this derivative from DistroWatch. Is there a reason it isn't listed on the Devuan Derivatives page?

That would be up to the creator(s) if they choose to do so.
But ponder this . . . In the big picture, another derivative is inconsequential. What is needed is qualified talent to deal with and repair the chaos being sent to us from Debian.

The creator would likely need to reach out to Xenguy, he's cool as can be and would likely get it up there for him. So many derivatives these days it's next to impossible to track and Xenguy already has his hands full like most of us I reckon.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/vuu-do/ Vuu-do GNU/Linux, Devuan-based Openbox systems.

That suggestion is misinformed and premature.
Do we really need another grain of sand on the beach? Vanity derivatives are a dime a dozen and not all of them make it to WWW.
Only derivatives that have been well received, tested and vetted get that far.
Start by introducing the derivative to:
https://dev1galaxy.org/viewforum.php?id=9 and
See what the response is and go from there.
PS. Also note that new well-vetted derivatives are only added to WWW at the time of a new release.

Doesn't this thread count? Or I guess you mean from the developer.

Not for much . . . We have to have high standards or we will have no credibility.
