They didn't give us any name tags. We're being forced to talk to each other and remember names. Maybe the video with the introductions will be posted today. The 40-minute video for day zero that's there now only shows some of the unstructured time and is pretty much useless. (That unstructured time was not useless for those of us here - we're all getting to know each other just as it was intended.)
Having a great time. Will be back home in a few days.

Did the "Minimalism and modularity" talk happen? Was the schedule correct?
Enjoyed listening and watching. Way above my head but fascinating nonetheless.
Well done!

PS: regarding minimalism, don't recall it being mentioned in the video...minimalism with code is the concept of reducing code with each release, ie: the code shrinks rather then grows.
PSS: for the 1st conference, you guys are doing well, don't worry about the minor glitches, that will get worked out with each conference.

Thank you for doing this ChuangTzu. Everything will be posted to the website once it is edited. If you have the time, please post this list in the announcements section and I can sticky it next time I'm here. I made one small correction to the list. KatolaZ' talk is "The Quests for Minimalism" - plural - because there are many ways to get there.
The atmosphere here is amazing. I think that the brainpower collected in that room could light the city of Amsterdam!
Edit: I see that Fredd has the title singular on the video. Will ask him to change that.

Thank you for the corrections, tired eyes I had last night.
Sure thing, I will post it today, and work on Day 2's links later today as well.

golinux I added it Katolaz' original announcement thread. https://dev1galaxy.org/viewtopic.php?pid=15397#p15397
Or do you want it to be its own sticky/thread?
PS: working on day 2 now.

I think it should be its own sticky but you can also leave in the other threads. Unfortunately I may not be back online to sticky it for a day or so - I do not own a mobile device so can only work through the dyne HQ which limits my online time and will be in the airport much of the next days.
