We find ourselves using the word planet to describe the largest "moons" in the solar system. Moon refers to the fact that they orbit around other worlds which themselves orbit our star, but when we discuss a world such as Saturn's Titan, which is larger than the planet Mercury, and has mountains, dunes and canyons, rivers, lakes and clouds, you will find us - in the literature and at our conferences - calling it a planet. This usage is not a mistake or a throwback. It is increasingly common in our profession and it is accurate...
Can't tell if it's a troll article or not, because if they are serious, there are a lot of other planets to consider for future Devuan releases

Do they need to be planets per se, how about moons Io and Europa?
So looking forward to next episode of 'The Expanse'.

The article seemed to imply that this factors into the way they categorize, so maybe.

Expanse characters would make for a great distro's release cycle naming schema.

Pluto? Maybe 50 years from now!! LOLOL! Release after Beowulf will start with a hard "C". Not going to spill the beans here. If you read Devuan.org you would have seen this which is our source for naming releases. Why? One of the devs responsible for Devuan is an astronomer. History matters . . .

Ill just leave this here for future reference....

Hey leave Pluto alone! It's trying its hardest!
I completely forgot about this link. But CTRL+F and "Pluto" gives me hope ^_^
Release after Beowulf will start with a hard "C"
It's "Carol," isn't it?

Hey, nothing against Pluto. It's just 13 letters from "C".
Release after Beowulf will start with a hard "C"

My lips are sealed. We'll announce it when ASCII moves to stable and Beowulf to "testing". I think you'll like it . . .

Oh come on... please. Information is "leaked" all the time. Just accidentally let it slip sometime... (-;

From the lack of bugs reported after the RC, I don't think you'll have long to wait . . .
