[SOLVED] Upcoming Devuan install with full disk encryption - Tips & Advice?

Hi everyone, I'm new around here and I'm going to install Devuan with disk encryption on my laptop within a few weeks. What are the things I should watch out for or know? Can anyone help me out?

I am using the traditional "full disk"-encryption with luks, that leaves /boot unencrypted.

I am prepared to help if required.

depending on your Experience and / or Level of Difficulty ...

* LUKS (Encryption) - good Choice ;-)

* LVM on LUKS - flexible Storage Management

* seperate LV's for root and home

* Desktop: install both KDE & Gnome
  * In Login, you can select what to use
  * you get Tools of both Desktops, usable in both Desktops
