Currently, no testing installer ISOs are available for Excalibur. You'll have to upgrade from Daedalus. Do the usrmerge before upgrading. Hopefully, the ISOs will be available soon.

If you've got a bit of patience (it can several hours depending on machine and connection) you can build your own installer iso(s)

Yes. That is to create an installer iso. Be prepared for possible debugging of scripts involved to get it to work. There are currently no live testing isos because of the rate of changes necessary at this point.
