Fun fact: he played guitar on quite a few Beach Boys songs. I got to see him in Vegas in 2006 (or maybe it was 2007).

Glen Campbell was just as well known for his session work as he was for his live performances and his own albums. He was an actor as well.

My dad gave me my first guitar, but my first purchased guitar came from the lead singer/bass player's music store.

They somewhat drifted off into obscurity...as did my guitar playing. LOLOLOLOL!!!

I still have my first guitar. I remember doing extra chores around the house and saved my allowance for over a year. I still have it, and my second guitar, and my eighth... Unfortunately, the number of guitars you own has nothing to do with how well you can play, lol.
