Yep it is possible....here i use the mx linux wifi driver...may be u people can use this way for other drivers...
wifi chip RTL882CE...
step 1 , Connect to u r phones Internet via usb tethering
step 2, Update u r System via sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade in Terminal
then exe step 3
step 3, sudo apt-get install make gcc linux-headers-$(uname -r) build-essential git
step 4, Install GDebi package installer via Terminal Or Synaptic Package Manager
Terminal CMT - sudo apt-get install gdebi-core
step 5. Download the Mx linuxRealtek WIFI RTL8821CE Driver from here https://bit.ly/3vLkYHy or https://bit.ly/3pw8naa or http://mxrepo.com/mx/repo/pool/main/r/rtl8821ce/
Step 6, Now Open the deb file Via GDebi Package Installer and install it
Step 7, after the installation Reboot ,now u can use u r Realtek WIFI RTL8821CE card.....
