I liked devuan 3's reddish colors more than this devuan 4. How could I bring those themes and icons back?

I think that's the clearlooks-phenix-cinnabar-theme package. EDIT: and cinnabar-icon-theme.

I found it but after a lot of googling. Wow. This shouldn't be this hard man.
What about icon themes and window options? Where to find those too?

The default desktop theme is installed with desktop-base but all the old themes from grub to the desktop are available in the repos. You can also get all the pieces at:
https://git.devuan.org/devuan/documenta … t/graphics
If you need help finding where to put them just holler . . .

That git link is broken. Can't download anything from there. Btw, wasn't there a dark mode for these themes? And what about pc's that don't currently use devuan? I run debian on one of my laptops and I want this theme pls.

Here they are:
http://deb.devuan.org/devuan/pool/main/ … bar-theme/
http://deb.devuan.org/devuan/pool/main/ … con-theme/
So just
wget http://deb.devuan.org/devuan/pool/main/c/{cinnabar-icon-theme/cinnabar-icon-theme_1.1_all.deb,clearlooks-phenix-cinnabar-theme/{clearlooks-phenix-cinnabar-theme_7.0.1-5_all.deb,gtk3-nooverlayscrollbar_7.0.1-5_all.deb}}
for i in *.deb ; do sudo apt install ./"$i" ; done
EDIT: shortened wget command with bracket expansion.

While on the subject, back when i first started out with linux i really liked the xfce4/xfwm - gtk 4.12 theme, can that still be found as working? I installed devuan chimaera xfce4 for a family members computer recently and would put it on that just to see if it still worked.

I just DL the clearlooks-phenix theme without having to sign into my account which means that you can too!

Nope.

Only the colors are altered in the clearlooks-phenix theme for devuan. It will work in debian based distros and someone found it in a secondary arch repo!

someone found it in a secondary arch repo!
The AUR has an old version of the darkpurpy theme. I would update it and add the other versions but I don't generally bother with packages for themes. Just unpack them into ~/.local/share/themes/ and profit.
Anyway I left a note on the AUR package page with the new source URL a while ago so people can easily update it themselves.

Problem is that putting it in userspace breaks the theming in synaptic and gparted etc. and sometimes I even run thunar as root . . . GASP . . .

WOW! . . . thanks HoaS.
