Rasberry Pi4 3k youtube playback with mpv

I am currently using RaberryPi OS (fake fkms) and mpv to play 3k youtube vp9 videos. Because vlc can't play 3k videos smoothly, I think it would be helpful to include mpv in the official Devuan image.

I believe that it already is:

$ apt search mpv
mpv/stable,now 0.32.0-3 amd64 [installed,automatic]
  video player based on MPlayer/mplayer2
