Hello
I am desperately trying to report bugs I have found on two packages but I receive a "Message with no Package: tag cannot be processed!" email every single time.
I followed the instructions on how to report a bug and it is not the first time I do this. I used the example below:
To: submit@bugs.devuan.org
From: diligent@testing.linux.org
Subject: Hello says `goodbye'
Package: hello
Version: 1.3-16
When I invoke `hello' without arguments from an ordinary shell
prompt it prints `goodbye', rather than the expected `hello, world'.
Here is a transcript:

Hi,
you should send plain-text email to the BTS. The ones you have sent so far are in HTML. Also, since Devuan has not forked Gparted, it is probably better to submit the bug upstream (i.e., at bugs.debian.org).

Ehm...sounds silly, but how can someone find the packages who are forked (so he can submit reports only against them)?
PS. Submitting bug reports for Debian stable, is virtually pointless.
Debian developers seems to take on account bug reports, from testing or unstable only.
