PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO CREATE A ISSUE??? PLEASE I DON'T KNOW HOW!!!
I just wanna make an issue for my problem but I can't!!! what am I supposed to click on!??!!??!!?!??!!?!? OMG!!

Easy, get a job at redhat or gnome, write some terrible code, and the issues will literally create themselves.

If you were to read the second descriptions and headers you would have gotten an idea for why you can't open a topic there (further if you went looking on the forum, you would have found this topic, which explains it somewhat as well).
