how to start the refracta snapshots iso's not from USB but from HD?

how to start the refracta snapshots iso's not from USB but directly from HD?

have you perhaps an adequate text to extend my etc grub.d 40_custom for my rs231112.iso, 1.9 GB, a great refractasnapshot if it would work properly directly from iso out the harddisk because it can start in RAM very fast after the copy process into the RAM!

note: the seamonkey is only 2.32. it spends the great wysiwyget-HTML-editor etc and xul for those accustomed to code in xul for themself...
above mixture is especially selected for children! which Linux offers nted (or an other music writing app? which Linux offers granule? ah! you don't know granule at all, ok all is said!!! which Linux offers marble (the most actual version available at Devuan. It is important because of routing fonctions!!!), which Linux offers merkaartor (drawing software for OSM), which Linux offers aeskulap (it is a great software: your doctor did show you your pain on the screen of his medical system: «show pls, that is the detail making that you are hill» and turn it down as he can wait a long time for that detail. But it did give you the CD with your radiography etc. And, with aeskulap, you have the chance to look yourself at the radiography at home to understand well what is the matter!), which Linux offers aqemu, winetricks, virtualbox (I did loose anbox a time making the upgrades as I follow the same old installation since beowulf always upgraded step after step. This one is made from actual daedalus actual rel. at the 12th nov. 2023.

I have, of course, the same upgrade with Ceres. But I have a problem with Ceres: it disturbs the visualization on my PC's; this on all my best PC's:
I have 3 Dell Latitude, two Xt3 and an other Latitude with integr. SIM card, all 3 with i7 and intel chips (devuan always claims that the firmware is not complete for i915 (but I probably don't have some i915 but an higher Intel chip version!) but IT IS THE UNIQUE, ONLY ONE distro to do that... Hm! I test MANY other distro's made by or made from Debian, Ubuntu etc (emmabunüs, the most recent one, mint, a year ago, no actual one etc.) and only Devuan claims. Until now, I did never meet some problem ignoring the warning. But as I have problems with about all new kernels from Devuan Ceres and the links of kernel names in Devuan Ceres causing residual smudge after upgrades, I have to consider that somewhat is different in Devuan as in Debian!)

What is the disturbing effect in Ceres after update? The cursor will be permanently draw into the top right corner of the screen so that you can't change your activity with the mouse (but if you have had the chance to open for ex. a text editor etc. you can work within that app so long you don't need the mouse...).

how to start the ... iso's ...from HD?

Why write so many letters? smile
It's easier to ask Google, it knows.

I launched the iso following these tips
https://www.linuxbabe.com/debian/boot-d … rive-grub2

Re: how to start the refracta snapshots iso's not from USB but from HD?

https://forums.opensuse.org/t/how-to-bo … rub2/87949
Here is a slightly different option, when I used it, so as not to overwrite grub, I indicated in the menu

set isofile=**/1.iso**

and then renamed different images to “1.iso”. It worked with openSuse, haven't tried it with debian.

  Regards.
