May I present to you...
...complete with Budgie glitchiness.
Was just having some fun and noticed budgie in Synaptic. My 1 GB of RAM absolutely LOVES it!!!

That actually looks like a fun experiment.
Currently running hardware includes a Dell OptiPlex 3010 desktop, a Dell Inspiron 531 desktop, and a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop.

Reminds me a lot of cinnamon, but a nicer version. Or XFCE 4.12 (with all the conventional desktops based on GNOME, I still don't understand why xfce is trying to imitate them...). Can't say no to Rammstein, either.
I think it's promising that they plan to switch to Qt with version 11. Probably a better alternative since GNOME makes facepalm-worthy changes waaaaaay too often (eg, the "big tabs" problem in stretch/ascii). Wonder how it'll fare compared to lxqt...

@rivenathos - it was fun indeed. I like trying things like this...
@siva - will have to check out Rammstein.
Main glitch - after moving the panel to the bottom, when clicking on the menu icon in the panel, the menu will first appear at the top of the screen...then quickly move to the bottom of the screen above the panel. Kind of neat but all glitchified 'n stuff.
