Windows 10 doesn't get recognized on UEFI bios automatically

I tried os-prober and all. Nothing works. I would write my manual grub entry for windows 10, but I forgot how. I did it before. But why it doesn't work automatically though? On debian it worked?

Re: Windows 10 doesn't get recognized on UEFI bios automatically

Not knowing what your environment is or what you are running or if there are any errors, it is hard to guess.  A simple fix that works in most situations is to run the following command in terminal:

sudo update-grub

You may need to install update-grub

GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false
.....

must set to false

I tried all those, it doesn't do it. I had to manually write a grub entry.
