Devuan Ceres installed via debootstrap.

Devuan Ceres with Openbox.
Tint2 panel with Awesome fonts supplying the launchers and Date/Time.
Trying to keep things simple and stripped down to avoid too many updates. Using openbox-menu to provide a dynamic applications menu.
Rolling, lightweight, and no pulseawful...I mean pulseaudio...

Gnome-3.30 + wayland in Devuan 3.0 . It took some time to find a solution to udevd worker issue which keeps delaying boot process. Don't install "modemmanager" and you're fine.
I'm happy that it's working stable. Even dark mode and fractional scaling is supported. Remote desktop managers are unsupported in wayland. Any idea, if any RDM that works?

It's only conky-std, i'm using it as a panel to have mouse menu(s) features of cwm.

-Left click to conky it showing all open windows><
-Right click show application>< menu like openbox menu
-Midle click to show group><

Tint2 works somewhat okay to say (on cwm), but to me it is not an ideal couple as with openbox.

gday dev1galaxy, devuan is the best, thankyou.

suckless desktop using st for the terminal and dzen conky for the bottom bar, dwm with a fair few patches.

Now this is a brilliant wallpaper for Devuan, this is what Devuan should have as an option for its default wallpapers.

Just some cosmetic adjustments on Conky. Hardly to do anything surprising with a WM like CWM except to stay tight and simple

Hello Ogis1975, Thank you I just saw your message very late, probably because the forum was somewhat OFF a few days ago.
I'm using CWM from testing repo (chimaera/ceres) or Devuan GNU/Linux 4 (chimaera/ceres) exactly:

By Devuan repository v6.3-1 belongs to Devuan 3 (stable/beowulf). Apparently i have a number in advance due to testing. Meanwhile the latest version is v6.7. I'm not clear why it hasn't enter on sid/testing for months?. Well, perhaps it was explained somewhere, but i have missed finding it.

I like to use ncal aswell, i really don't need another calendar apps. ncal -3 fills well for three months in this selection.
From my .cwmrc i use it via keybind Alt+C = Calendar

bind-key M-c "x-terminal-emulator -title Calendar -geometry 56x10+1454+23 -e sh -c 'ncal -3 && sleep 60'"

With "sleep 60" feature to closed itself after 60sec.

To stick on topic,
I got a new monitor HP 27w 1080p for few bucks, i'm using on my old DELL hardware via VGA. It looks way better than the previous monitors i used. So glad i made an upgrade on my screen.

Great screen. As always. By the way, you may be able to compile the latest version of this program. You can compile with your user rights .... but you may need to install many dependencies (compiler, etc.) so I don't know if it's worth it.
