Devuan Ceres is amazing and far more stable than any other "stable" desktop GNU/Linux distro I've tried. Been running it for two months straight without a single error (current kernel is the 5.8 branch), and in my experience, this showcases the best of both worlds (for stability and updates). I never liked doing major upgrades, anyway.

Sorry in advance for a silly question: Is there an installable ceres image available?
I could not find one yet

For Devuan (the main one) itself? Doesn't seem to be officially distributed, but you can make copies of an existing Devuan install using Refracta's snapshot tools (they have a Chimaera snapshot uploaded here, at least).
As well, Exe GNU/Linux provides Ceres ISOs here.
If you want to read up on other Devuan derivatives that might also provide testing or unstable flavors, this thread might be of good use.

Yesterday I installed firstly Exe Gnu/Linux - a very, very, very good looking system with its Trinity desktop. On another ssd than I installed the Refracta snapshot with chimaera. Minimalistic, nice & easy - exactly that what I prefer.
So I installed some important packages and ran into a problem: php-fpm is depending from systemd, which is not installable. PHP and php-fpm are a must for me due to my cms system Grav.
Any hint how I can solve this problem?

I do not use php, but your problem sounds similar to the discussion in thread deb.sury.org now requires systemd. Read through that thread and see if the problem and solution are the same for you.
