Compatibility with third-party repos

Hello! looking forward to migrate to Devuan.
However one of the questions that I've come up with was that:
Does devuan support third-party software repos (eg  wine, msf, etc) to be installed?
Debian has always fought against third-party repos and did NOT provide support to users if they experienced some fatal issues with the packages from Debian repo itself if they figured that out.
And the other question I come up with was is Devuan compatible to Debian third party repos?
I know the goal of Devuan is Debian sans intergration with systemd,
however it's questionable whether it's compatible or not.

If Debian packages have a reliance on systemd, then they are incompatible.....blame Debian.
