greetings
I'm running devuan 5 with XFCE, and the display settings window repeatedly opens itself, especially after being idle for a while.
I keeps my pc (NUC) on for the past few days without using it, and after turning on the monitor, there are a dozen display settings windows opened on the screen.
any advice?

I have no idea really what's going on, but when troubleshooting always rule out the simple stuff first. Do you have a keyboard shortcut of some kind for the display settings gui? If so, sticky keys can cause weird behavior.

In Xfce monitor settings under Advanced, there some check boxes for screens. Are they checked? Or unchecked?
