Installing DEVUAN on a NEC PC-8201 ?

Hello,

I am trying to install Linux with a tiny install on a NEC PC-8201.

After soldering a lot to fix it, now the machine is operational wink  I gave it a new life.
Getting a really small Devuan, right? Do you think that there is a small install of devuan available for such perfs.?

Any of the installer images and the minimal live will give you a minimal system. Only the desktop-live forces you to take the whole desktop. Uncheck everything (or everything except 'standard system utilities' and the tasksel window.

Hi,

Even Tiny Core Linux would be (way) too big for that ancient machine. The EPROM in that computer only holds 32 KB of data!

Have you seen this website?:
