[SOLVED] Konsole 4:23.08.1-1 in unstable

In Konsole 4:23.08.1-1 I lost the menubar and tabs moved from bottom to top of screen.

Thanks to the Debian maintainer I was given the instructions:

Use Control-Shift-M to toggle display of the menubar;

and under settings / configure konsole / tab bar/splitters tab position can be selected to be below terminal area.
