The Register has an article on the ASCII RC
Seems a straightforward announcement type of thing. Comments are mostly quite positive. One comment thought all you had to do to get a systemd-free Debian was blacklist systemd - the commentariat quickly explained why that was so wrong. Anyway, check it out if you are so minded:
