scim chinese input doesn't run properly in excalibur

greetings

I recently upgraded to devuan excalibur from Daedalus and afterwards chinese input in 'scim' with xfce DE doesn't work properly, during the upgrade, I appended ' ~/.xsessionrc ' to make sound work in 'piperwire' as pulse audio was broken,  but afterwards scim doesn't allow me to see onscreen display of chinese characters as typed using 'pinyin' method.

what i have in '/home/erdos/.xsessionrc'
