[CLOSED] reportbug <Ascii> ~ cannot access the server

Hi

Please inform, is reportbug working in ascii.

Querying Devuan BTS for reports on xfce4-terminal (source)...
Unable to connect to Devuan BTS (error: "NoNetwork()"); continue [y|N|?]?

I have same settings for the debian stretch, and reportbug works there.
