dbus in ceres

Due to some other reason I tried to reinstall dbus and the result as

$ aptitude reinstall -s dbus
The following packages will be REINSTALLED:
  dbus 
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 reinstalled, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
E: Can't find a source to download version '1.10.18-1+devuan2.3' of 'dbus:amd64'
After unpacking 0 B will be used.
Would download/install/remove packages.

and also

  $ apt-cache policy dbus
dbus:
  Installed: 1.10.18-1+devuan2.3
  Candidate: 1.10.18-1+devuan2.3
  Version table:
 *** 1.10.18-1+devuan2.3 100
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.10.8-1+devuan1 500

any clue please or I have some local problem.
