Can anyone tell me how to get this pile of crap to stop being a liar and let me disable gpg altogether? trusted=yes tried allow-unauthenticated tried allow-insecure-repos tried
It keeps saying some nonsense about signature verification failed despite me putting commands like the above to tell it to stop checking.
The reason I need it to stop checking is three fold, cannot go on the internet, cannot install ntp, thinks its 2013, etc...
These signature checks are a bunch of crap and get in the way too easily.

If you are using Linux, then surely just set the time yourself.......(see man date).

tried man date. I actually tried to download openntpd instead of regular ntp and that fixed the problem.
As far as I could see.
Appreciate the help though.
