[SOLVED] Cannot delete application icon on the Panel(Widget)

I added an application icon to the Panel(Widget)/(on the bottom line of the desktop),

but cannot delete the icon from the Panel(Widget),

even if I delete the icon from "/home/UserX/.local/share/plasma_icons",

the icon is still on the Panel(Widget).

How to delete the application icon from the Panel(Widget)?

devuan_daedalus_5.0.0_amd64_desktop, upgraded from devuan_4.0,
session: KDE_Plasma(x11)

Hi, do you have a /home/(user)/Desktop folder in your file manager?

You might find the icon there.

Otherwise, you might search for the (program-name).desktop file for that program in the $USER directory.

I found a way to delete the icon on the Panel(Widget), but a new problem occurred, I will test it in the virtualbox to find out the reason.

virtualbox os
devuan_daedalus_5.0.0_amd64_desktop.iso
session: KDE_Plasma

I deleted the file folder(plasma_icons), and created a new same name file folder, then I can add and delete icons on the Panel(Widget).
Maybe it is not the real reason.
If I was wrong, please correct me.

/home/UserX/.local/share/plasma_icons

That is the same folder I saw after my last post.

But I wonder if it is a permission issue, ie read/write to folder or linking.

There is no problem, I am the problem. I do not know how to remove icon on the Panel(Widget).
I have solved the newly occurred problem by remove the Panel and add the Panel(Default Panel), then can add and delete(remove) the icons on the Panel(Widget).

1. Search an application,
2. Add to the Panel(Widget),
3. Right click the icon(On the Panel/Widget)
4. Enter Edit Mode,
5. Cursor floats on the same icon,
6. then appears "Remove", and click, OK.

I have tested it in the virtualbox, same as the host pc, and found out  it is true.
