Hello ,
on an older laptop could install Devuan Ascii after changing netsources during install to
archive.devuan.org
however,
after installation went through,
the computer would not connect to the sources when doing apt-get update.
What is the correct sources.list for Devuan Jessie and Ascii in 2023?
Thanks.

Today, 2 May 2023, the available sources.list entries for ascii may be as per below.
But it's likely to change as some of them go away.
deb http://archive.devuan.org/merged ascii main contrib non-free
deb-src http://archive.devuan.org/merged ascii main contrib non-free
deb http://archive.devuan.org/merged ascii-backports main contrib non-free

thöank you,
it seems that on one laptop i had still installed tailscale,
and it was enough to set-up my whole home network;
after that same laptop running Ubuntu 16.04 was also no longer connecting to servers via apt-get ,
found that tailscale was there; and re-moving it completely, and rebooting modem, should have solved the issue (have not tested the Devuan yet, but i think this was the issue with failing to connect, since i had this before; one tailscale installation breaking havoc on home network > otherwise it seems an useful tool to connect to homenetwork from outside, but it created problems now more than once here , too).
