Bluetooth Install Problem on Chimaera

Chimaera thinkpadl520 5.10.0-21-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.162-1 (2023-01-21) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Using sys-v init

install  sudo apt install bluetooth
Reading package lists... Done 
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done

What's the output of apt-cache policy dbus for you?

Fair enough. You haven't said there is an issue.

You merely show that with apt preferences set up so as to not install dbus, then apt will not install anything that declares it depends on dbus.

My issue is that I was unaware that apt my preferences are set up so as to not install dbus, I'm running a Devuan derivative - Forge OS so part of the learning curve for me.
