Hello,
I noticed on the debian security advisory page this resolved issue:
[03 Jun 2020] DSA-4695 firefox-esr - security update
But the upgrade is not taken into account on June, 6th.
Is it normal ?

What result does this give you?:
apt policy firefox-esr
Here's mine:
$ apt policy firefox-esr
firefox-esr:
Installed: 68.9.0esr-1~deb9u1
Candidate: 68.9.0esr-1~deb9u1
Version table:
*** 68.9.0esr-1~deb9u1 500
500 http://deb.devuan.org/merged ascii-security/main i386 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
68.4.1esr-1~deb9u1 500
500 http://deb.devuan.org/merged ascii/main i386 Packages
60.6.3esr-1~deb9u1 500
500 http://deb.devuan.org/merged ascii-updates/main i386 Packages
That's on Devuan ASCII.
And here's a little more info:
$ ls -l /var/cache/apt/archives |grep firefox
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 51238698 May 6 00:02 firefox-esr_68.8.0esr-1~deb9u1_i386.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 51256908 Jun 2 23:44 firefox-esr_68.9.0esr-1~deb9u1_i386.deb

Finally, I got the upgrade today on stable.
# apt policy firefox-esr
firefox-esr:
Installed: 68.9.0esr-1~deb10u1
Candidate: 68.9.0esr-1~deb10u1
Version table:
*** 68.9.0esr-1~deb10u1 500
500 http://deb.devuan.org/merged stable-security/main amd64 Packages
500 http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged stable-security/main amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
68.7.0esr-1~deb10u1 500
500 http://deb.devuan.org/merged stable/main amd64 Packages
500 http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged stable/main amd64 Packages
Maybe, this delay is normal.

At least in my experience it is.

I can tell you about myself. I have no delays (in updates).
What economists call over-production is but a production that is above the purchasing power of the worker, who is reduced to poverty by capital and state.
