LAN without conection - RTL810XE PCI Express Driver r8169

Hello, I am new at the forum, I have searched for this issue before posting. I've also been reading a lot.
I am able to connect to the Internet with a 1.5 mtrs RJ45 cord.
However when I try with a 30 mtrs cords, connection is impossible.  (the same cord works perfectly with other computers a laptop with an intel i5 processor and a netbook with an Atom processor)
The system detects it but I get a generic IP for IPV4 is: 169.254.115.247 (sometimes I mannaged to get the correct one)
I have change everything I could in Connman.
I cannot connect to internet. I wonder if there is an incompatibility regarding the processor and the long cord.
I have checked on the Intel web site but the network device is quite old and there are only drivers for Windows XP

I cannot provide information regardin "ipconfig" or "lshw" (terminal says: order not found)

On Connman It detects the MAC Address
Everything is in automatic , however by setting things manually it doesn't work either.
I 've reading about a problem with the kernel. Could this be a driver issue? (cord works fine with other computers, and this computer works fine with a shorter cord )

Could just be that particular cable - I occasionally use a 30ft cable without problems, (Devuan/XFCE), & have used a 'coupler' to add an extra 10ft cable also without problems.

Thank you for you reply . I cankot blame the distro because I have the same problem under several "USB live" distros. 
My main concern is it maybe aproblem in the computer since this same long cable works in oyher computers.

The system is quite old (not that old it NOT should work) and may not supply enough power for a longer cable.

Have you checked your power supply specs?
just a thought...

is the eth chip auto x-over (cable) detect?

You probably mean "command not found", and try ifconfig instead (not ipconfig).

You could try installing lshw:

sudo apt install lshw

Someone else would have to help you with your topic, because that's all I can do.
