Not working devuan mirror

When upgrading devuan I was several times interrupted by connectivity problems with one of mirrors (200.236.31.1); deb.devuan.org indeed resolves to deb.rr.devuan.org and then to 200.236.31.1 (and others). I fixed that for myself, but you might want to double check/fix that. Cheers.
