kde 5.8 on ASCII open windows very narrow

kde when you open a window it is very narrow, it does not respect, for example in konsole, the size set in the configuration

I searched the.config directory but I don't know what to touch, or where the problem is.

Any ideas?

I am not a Plasma user but I know that you can define the size and position of every window from the dropdown menu or window menu from the right upper corner of every window in Plasma.
I guess you could even preconfigure that all windows behave the same from the KWin settings.
