I'm on Devuan jessie 1.0 and I can only connect via Ethernet, my chip ID is BCM4311. I installed b34 through Synaptic and reboot and it still doesn't detect wifi networks. I also tried installing broadcom-sta-dkms and it couldn't find the package. Anyone know a solution?

This is just a guess, because I don't use Broadcom; however, are the following packages installed?
b43-fwcutter
firmware-b43-installer
firmware-b43legacy-installer
firmware-bnx2
firmware-bnx2x
firmware-brcm80211
I installed all of those in MiyoLinux, and I do know that they worked for the Broadcom users that I heard back from. You may not need all of them...I don't know. Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!
I have been Devuanated, and my practice in the art of Devuanism shall continue until my Devuanization is complete. Until then, I will strive to continue in my understanding of Devuanchology, Devuanprocity, and Devuanivity.
Veni, vidi, vici vdevuaned. I came, I saw, I Devuaned.
