My user/login password is say xyz
my root password is say xxxx
login accepts xyz
su only accepts my user/login password ie. xyz
su - only accepts my user/login password ie. xyz
su root only accepts my user/login password ie. xyz
sudo only accepts my user/login password ie. xyz
NOWHERE is my Root Password accepted !

I noticed today 10-10-23 both Unstable and Testing are working on systemd ,according to Distrowatch,
we already have wayland, what is going on?

Would I be correct in assuming that when I install Star on my laptop
I would need to use the Devuan keyring for updates and upgrades
and that would act on each and every item including security.

I have installed Beowulf Desktop using usb in lieu of dvd
and cannot install updates or get pakages.Could someone
