Hi
Sorry if this is in the wrong place!
I'm wanting to connect with anyone who might be able to steer me in the right direction to build using the arm-sdk for my rpi 4. I already use the live-sdk.
Thanks
Ozi
These look interesting too!

@golinux & @ HoaS, thanks guys must have missed that in release notes somewhere. So I've met my quota of learning something new every day! But, I think I'll keep it anyway, for repos that aren't managed this way.
I'm busy in RL and I'm moving my Star build over to live-sdk!
@jitterssnowpaw before adding backports you should setup you preferences, giving backports lower priority.
/etc/apt/preferences
Package: *
Pin: release a=ascii
Pin-Priority: 1000
Package: *
Pin: release a=ascii-backports
Pin-Priority: 100
apt-get -t ascii-backports install "package"
Glen Campbell was just as well known for his session work as he was for his live performances and his own albums. He was an actor as well.
Might I add that Star doesn't have pulseaudio and never has had, only alsa and now also apulse. All the way back to before Star Genesis (Debian Wheezy).

I would agree with zephyr, and say I learned a LOT from #! and also VSIDO, and was also sad to see it end. I went back to debian wheezy after, and put what I had learned into building STAR and also sharing what I had learned. And made some good friends along the way!

@debliter have a look in /etc/conky.conky.conf.
Has the debian-installer-launcher also been rebuilt? It has a kernel version mismatch as well.
I came across this on LXer this morning and thought it might be a way to test Devuan running on a RISC-V
@zephyr - A magnificent effort to build and upload 3 new 32bit images for you users! I hope you are as pleased with the result as I was, when I took it for a spin!!!

Outstanding working Miyo and Zephyr!
Yes I figured that was why there are 2 synaptic menu items, after you said you had trouble with it. I "let sleeping dogs lie" and have managed to avoid trouble.
I don't whether this has been fixed or mentioned before, so if it has sorry.
On the 'Settings' menu, 'Monitor Settings' is there twice
Load very quickly, and very responsive! Nice!!!
I'm looking forward to giving this new iso a try out!
Good luck with beowulf!
DW has Star torrents here, if anyone is interested.
@xe-non Now worries!
I've just added this recomendation to the README
Recommend, theses be run to stop any attempt to update:
$ sudo apt-mark hold live-build $ sudo apt-mark hold live-tools
@xe-non it's standard Devun so it's sysvinit. But live Devuan openrc can be installed.
Everything about the build is on sourceforge. And the live-build manual can be installed as well (pdf, html, ...) You should read these to understand live-build.
