Hi! yesterday i have installed daedalus (netinstall) because my graphics card (amd 6700xt) does not work with chimera, and everything is running perfectly, but i see this warning messages when using apt, it's expected as daedalus get ready for release? or do i need to do something for those warnings to not show?
i already tried commenting those ''non-free-firmware' from the /etc/apt/sources.list and the error stop showing, but i need that repo cause of my graphics card.
thank you all in advance!

EDIT: i forgot to write that i installed the "spanish" language locale during installation.
Hi! im using devuan with the runit init system and everything went smooth, but i cannot figure out how to manage the bevaviour of the 'lid close' suspend, because i want the computer to remain active if i don't tell it to suspend, so the default behaviour of suspend-on-close is not what i want. How can i manage that using runit? i found how to make it in sysvinit but not for runit. Thanks!
EDIT: Solved it, found solution here https://dev1galaxy.org/viewtopic.php?id=2021
I think the simplest fix would be to completely disable the laptop lid detection. Here is what I already did:
1. HandleLidSwitch=ignore in /etc/elogind/logind.conf
2. IgnoreLid=true in /etc/UPower/UPower.conf
3. delete /etc/acpi/events/lid-acpi-support
4. reboot
What does that mean, exactly? What actually happens when you try? What do you see in the installer? Are there any errors? If so did you check TTY4 for the full message?
Hi! if im in UEFI mode only, the installer works normally, but i noticed that it didnt ask me about the disk to copy grub, it only says that its running grub-mkconfig or something like that, but didnt ask me the disk to implement the boot and grub, that shows when i use legacy mode.
In UEFI only mode, also, when i reboot, it shows an error saying that i dont have any OS installed, as its like the disk doesnt have any boot installed (i think its related to the installer not asking about the disk to install grub at the end) i didnt check TTY4 as i didnt knew it showed messages, i will try to reinstall anytime soon to check those things.
Hi! I tried to install devuan chimera netinstall booting with the 'devuan_chimaera_4.0.beta-20210906_amd64_netinstall.iso' file and if i used UEDFI only, the installation did not copied grub to the installation disk, but if i booted under 'BIOS Legacy' mode, it worked perfectly.
The disk is an SSD drive, and i installed with the 'Guided' and 'encrypted luks' automatic installation, selecting separated '/' and '/home' partitions.
Its not supported to install in UEFI only mode? its a Dell laptop model 'Latitude 5480'
