yeap it is not showing anything, maybe it is broken now. I'm using linux with it for 5 years now, since then the adapter was never used again. I will try to free space in an external HD and try to install windows just to be sure the device is broken.

I never used the adapter, I got it used with windows pre installed and I tested the BT once, since them I installed Linux and never bothered to make it work until now. I read online this acer aspire has a broadcom adapter, but I don't really know for sure.

I have Devuan installed on 2 machines, my daily drive and my old netbook. Bluetooth works fine on my main PC, but it never worked on my netbook with a Broadcom adapter.
I'm using Devuan since Jessie and 4 days ago I upgraded to Chimaera from Beowulf. It never worked on any version, never worked on Debian too. But I know the drive worked just fine when it has running Windows.
