I use it for note taking, as SSH/serial terminal, write code in Python or C (compiling is a bit slow, but ok for small things on the go), play games and for other small tasks!
It is my daily driver beside my phone. It even runs fluxbox and a few graphical programs.
Ncurses based programs are no problem ...
