I am getting issues when trying to install deb packages that i download.
i don't use sudo, i just use root to install.
when i use "dpkg -i package name"
i keep getting this in general...... i am not sure what i could be doing wrong...
root@katty:/home/katty/Downloads# dpkg -i librewolf_117.0-1_amd64.deb

Note: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin
tried a few other packages, and getting the same thing.
I am trying to install devuan beowolf on my pc. I keep getting 'bad archive mirror' in the installation process. This is during the "configure the package manager" step.
I am lost and not sure what to do.
I tried doing that grub command with os-prober installed. Wierd thing is after I tried it. I didn't see anything new pop up after restarting the computer.
I got a small laptop i am experimenting with for a dual boot setup. I am trying to figure out how to setup dual boot option with devuan and primeOS installed at the same time. I am searching on how to instructions to do this online.
What is the simplest way to setup dual boot option?
