I search for experiments trying to build linux from Devuan sources

I search for experiments trying to build some absolutely minimal linux environment (but with some graphic ability!!!) from Devuan sources

- without use of some system"x" or other "boxes"
- with minimal dev environment
- if possible with integrated dpkg + apt + debootstrap + apt-build

(example of such an old realisation? yes: the 1th stable release of SliTaz until the stage named "justX"!)

are such experiments or going derivatives known?

ok! SliTaz 1.0 did use boxes, and I find it is to avoid if possible...

how to download directly sources packages from Devuan with wget? can the Devuan packages list (Ceres rolling) at Distrowatch be used for this purpose?

Re: I search for experiments trying to build linux from Devuan sources

would the most actual SliTaz dev environment (select the subdir "iso" or use an old ISO-cd with SliTaz to active the netstart of one actual version of SliTaz without some installation or install within your actual Devuan installation for ex. in /var/slitaz as proposed in http://doc.slitaz.org/en:guides:uncommo … filesystem !) be enough to start with such an experiment?
