chmod 0600 /etc/doas.conf

According to the wpasupplicant README.Debian, the files, interfaces, and, wpa_supplicant.conf, are world readable and should chmod 0600.
My doas.conf file has 3 lines, random MAC script, ifup, and ifdown.
Anyway I chmod 0600 the file and it still works.
