Now back to learning your Devaun with LxQt, I thought to use Slim
instead of Lightdm...arg!

Hi All,
Laptop install. Any help be appreciated!
VLC sound works, increase/decrease level.
Palemoon plays videos with sound.
Hotkeys for laptop do not work.
Sound Icon on Panel has no effect.
Quod Libet has no sound.
I don't know about sound issues/config's or ?

Walking away from Debian & ParrotSec, to a enjoyable new choice of Devuan, I'd like to keep a sense of privacy & security...as one can.
Before I grab & try installing anonsurf...i2p...{got Tor from repo's} and others, I thought it be good to ask of others experiances.
I got lazy with "point & click", and to gray for dayzz of research..
Will it work?
How'd ya do it?
Tweak files for better results?

it apparently offers some additional options in power management, suspend, hibernation etc., and also supports some keyboard controls, volume up/down etc.
I've found no added options - but I'm no dev.. 
Nothing seemed to change or get added.
No "On laptop lid close" --> Hibernate or Suspend... choice, works, on my acer - which is included in the package config's.
I'm a humble user...tweaking ~ but not fully understanding the code.
I can build ya a house...or brain tan a hide...but look to you folks ~ for how to tweak a file!

Thanks for adding the list of files!
I'll install and check out the 'acer & toshiba' config's. See if it helps my laptop lid
close - hibernate/resume, dysfunction.
Might even dust off the 'ol dell laptop and try it.
Brings in 'acpi-fakekey'
we have 'rfkill' already.
