My partner who is the "tech savvy" person has tried installing Vivaldi multiple times and it appears to be installed under internet but only  a GRAYED OUT screen shows up and then can't close...or uninstall!! He tried many instructions from the forum suggestions and other things from the Internet but nothing working. I have Devuan Excalibur 6. Something is very broken it seems to me!!! Again, I'm not the tech savvy one but if anyone can explain what's going on in terms he can follow/understand, that would be much appreciated!!!
