			<description><![CDATA[<p>@Dutch_master<br />I am not considering an DIST-upgrade, specially not while apt has troubles updating.</p><p>@ralph.ronnquist<br />Yes, the provider there is not the best, but there are no other options.<br />I think they give limited access out of the country. (Hungary)<br />maybe I can set the mirrors back to the Hungarian ones, but those have been slow and unreliable with their updates as well.<br />I am not sure how they organise things there, it seems their clients are all in some big local network and are been given real IPv4-addresses when asked for.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It appears you are using a VPN or http proxy where that VPN or proxy service is unhapy with the number of requests (per second?).</p><p>If that is the case, then you may need to choose a different provider; (I suppose it&#039;s technically possible to set up outbound bandwidth limitation but that might require working package system to get set up)</p>]]></description>

Then:</p><div class="codebox"><pre><code>apt-get dist-upgrade</code></pre></div><p>Again, let it finish before changing any packages (install/uninstall, etc)</p>]]></description>
