I think most people just ignore that error message if they're not hosting a real public-facing website.

The alsa_restore_std errors were due to a bug in a configuration file in upstream Debian. It was discussed in this thread. Supposedly, it was fixed, but it appears to have been broken again. It's still broken on all my Excalibur systems. As far as I can tell, it's not causing any audio problems, so I've been ignoring it.

I don't know about the 'zoom' error. It seems to have something to do with a USB Ethernet adapter. If the device is working properly, it may not be important. My Realtek Ethernet NIC reports missing firmware on boot, but when I looked it up, I found that the kernel doesn't even need the firmware to use the device! Linux errs on the side of caution when reporting errors.

Open /etc/apache2/apache2.conf, go to the bottom, and add the line below. Don't actually use example.com. If you're running a public-facing server with a valid DNS entry, replace example.com with your domain. Otherwise, if you're just behind a home router with NAT, use the name on your local network, something like mycomputer.home.

ServerName example.com

I searched for some of your other errors. The temperature sensor is just typical boot log noise, in my opinion. Practically every system I've owned in the last 25 years has had a temperature sensor that either reported an error, reported bad data, or just wasn't detected at all. The ATA transfer error could be slowing down your disks, but I couldn't find a solution; you may just have to wait for a kernel patch.

Some additional messages are coloured now.

Look if bootlogd is installed, if not install. Then you get a subset of what is logged during boot in /var/log/boot.
