on fresh installation of devuan 6.0 the problem is solved.
*maye be above package still needed for correct printing.

Hello ,

found that the printing did no longer function over USB cable after updating to Devuan 6.0 Excalibur.

If someone incurs the same problem, the package missing it

"libcupsimage2-dev"

after installing , the Ecotank Printer would again print over USB locally.

Maybe it got uninstalled in the Upgrade process or at some other point;
