			<description><![CDATA[<p>Annoying problem stuck at 800 Mhz, should be able to get 3200Mhz. Fixed by following this Dell support <a href="https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000145125/processor-speed-limited-to-0-79ghz-800mhz" rel="nofollow">https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-u … ghz-800mhz</a></p><p>and then a factory reset from within the Bios.</p><p>I tried all kinds of google rabbit holes with different drivers . acpi instead if intel_pstate - and cpupower/cpufreq settings and other voodo. Only hardware reset fixed it.</p><p>Seems to be a Dell Optiplex and some Dell laptops problem.</p><p>Have a nice weekend Devuan mates!</p>]]></description>
