Who knows how much more garbage has been added to Trixie?<br />Apparently, in Trixie, apt won&#039;t let you remove systemd during installation unless you tell it to --allow-remove-essential so I guess it&#039;s a step backwards towards their &quot;Systemd but we support exploring alternatives&quot; vote in 2019.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>it is testing, usually devuan lags behind debian releases anywhere from weeks to months testing that stuff works and sometimes having to rebuild programs or even fork them to remove the hard dependencies on systemd, it is a &quot;is ready when is ready&quot; type of situation.</p>]]></description>
