They get pulled directly from debian servers, merged with our repo so it appears as one and "filtered" on our servers by amprolla to block any packages that depend on systemd. (These: https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/bannedpackages.txt)
We only fork around 100 packages. You can tell a forked package by the presence of "devuan" in the version.
